MOPS Apple Pie
Ingredients:
1 prepared, unbaked pie shell (frozen or home made)
1 prepared, unbaked pie shell (frozen or home made)
Filling:
8 c peeled, cored, sliced apples
1 c sugar
4 T flour
1 t cinnamon
Crumble Crust:
1/2 c (1 stick) butter
1 c flour
1/2 c packed brown sugar
Directions:

Mix apples, sugar, 4 T flour, and cinnamon and
pour into prepared pie shell.

Mix 1 c flour with brown sugar.

Using a pastry blender or two knives, cut in
butter until the mixture looks like coarse crumbs. Sprinkle over the apple filling.
4.
Bake at 425° for 40 minutes. Cover loosely with foil and bake 10 minutes
more.
